Calm comforting cat companion

I'm a very friendly, calm and empathic person. I love being in nature, reading, chatting/laughing with friends and lead a healthy lifestyle. I don't drink or smoke. Yet despite all that I'm still fun good company!

I'm very curious and love doing discovering new things about subjects I know nothing about. Be that a new genre of music, or a different tradition of storytelling. I enjoy people from different backgrounds and seeing what we all have in common. I tend to focus on the positive rather than the negative in life.

I'm a User Experience Researcher, so that means I can work remotely.

I always make sure to give cats (& people) time and space to help them feel comfortable. Especially when meeting me for the first time.

I find that cats prefer this approach and are much happier in this environment. I enjoy giving cats attention when they want it, and know to give them their own space and allow them to do their own thing when they want that too.

Each cat is different and I enjoy getting to know their unique personality.

I'm interested in seeing other parts of the world and getting more of a taste of what it would be like to live there, not just like being on holiday. So the idea of being able to stay somewhere for a few days and live (and hopefully) like I'm at home really appeals to me. Live like a local I guess! And the fact that I can work remotely means that I can do this. All I need is my laptop, notepad and good reliable wi-fi! And sometimes playing with a a little cat buddy helps shift the attention, and then great ideas come!
