Steve It was really great to welcome Sarah back to our house to look after the two cats - her second sit with us. The cats adore her, and we knew we were leaving them in very competent hands. The house was spotless on our return, and the cats had clearly been well looked after. She was really good at keeping in contact while were away, via WhatsApp, with photos and videos. Zoe Sarah was the most wonderful pet sitter. My cat, Mac, has a few special needs and suffers from a lot of anxiety so I was very nervous to leave him alone with someone. However, Sarah was so lovely and made us feel at ease. After chatting online and then meeting in person before our trip we knew that Mac would be in good hands. Sarah kept us updated with pictures of Mac and messages about how he was doing nearly every day. We were so happy with all the photos and videos. She was an excellent communicator so we were very happy. It was also clear from the updates that Mac was very well cared for and was loving his time with her. He is a rescue and has been through a lot so we were so relieved to know he was so well looked after and that he was happy while we were away. When we arrived home our house was perfectly clean and tidy. The whole process and experience with Sarah was amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough as a house/pet sitter. Steve Sarah was a wonderful cat and house sitter. She clearly bonded really well with our two obstreperous cats, and kept in contact regularly, sharing WhatsApp pictures and videos. Having met her before we left, we felt very confident that both pets and house were in good hands. She dealt very well with the minor catastorphe of the shower breaking down while she was here - kept in touch, dealt with the plumber, and didn't complain. Graham Sarah and her husband Victor stayed at our home between May and August 2022 to look after our little Jackchi dog, Ed. They were both loving and caring in in looking after Ed and kept him and the home scrupulously clean and tidy and took Ed with them wherever they went. Ed has now seen more of London tourist attractions than we have. We have nothing but praise for Sarah and Victor and the care and attention they lavished on Ed. They are welcome to return at any time and we sincerely hope they will spend next summer with us again to care for Ed. He is already asking when they are coming. Cathy & Chris We met Sarah ahead of the scheduled house sit. She arrived in the area early and we met for afternoon tea. Sarah was friendly, kind and a warm person. She was very interested in our cat Scout , she asked lots of questions and Scout immediately took to her. Unfortunately, due to Covid 19, our holiday and the house sit did not go ahead.
