Lifelong cat owner here to keep your furry friend company while you’re away

I grew up with cats, including a ginger boy called Finnegan who loved the outdoors and a fluffy lady called Coco who we hypothesise was Dutch aristocracy in a past life. I work as a child psychotherapist now, but enjoy looking after cats - especially during the school holidays. I currently have a tabby cat called Rosie. I would love to adopt more cats, but I think Rosie was born to be an only child; so I settle for looking after friends’ cats when they are away and by offering a helping hand here!

I love a cuddle, but also respect that not all cats do! Happy to play with favourite toys or to give anxious kitties their space. I know cats can be particular about their food, so will diligently follow any instructions you leave. My cat Rosie gets a bit lonely when we leave her for a weekend, so I know how important it is for cats to know they’re being looked after when their humans are gone. I’m happy to feed once or twice per day, scoop litter, change water, play, cuddle, administer medication, brush, provide treats etc etc. You let me know how your cat operates and I will slot right in.
