The Mad Cat Lady of Surrey.... or so my friends say!

Hi there,

I'm Siobhan (Shee-von) and I'm a 40-something-year-old woman who is taking a career break and I have 3 fur babies of my own. Archie and Lola are 10 and Bella is 20. I also have several goldfish, one koi, a few frogs and one lonely wee newt in my pond.

I’m also a cat fosterer with Croydon Animal Samaritans.

I've lived in Croydon for the last 19 years and I love the quiet pockets of Littleheath Woods and other leafy areas that our wee neighbourhood has to offer.

If you ever went to one of the Croydon Cats Protection Xmas Auction nights over the last decade or so, then you will have seen me up front, attempting to coax folks to part with their cash in aid of our local kitty charity.

If you live in Croydon, South Croydon, Selsdon, Sanderstead, Shirley, Kenley, Farleigh, Coulsdon, Riddlesdown, Warlingham or Purley, then I would be delighted to be your cat sitter.

Having travelled abroad and come back to dry water bowls for my own fur babies, I genuinely get how hard it is to trust a stranger with your pets.

Therefore please be assured I will look after your kitties as if they were my own.

As your DBS checked cat minder I will :

• Arrange a free Meet & Greet to learn how you would like things done
• Provide fresh food and water for your cat daily
• Clean the cat bowls and litter trays
• Provide regular photos and updates so you can be happy and relaxed that all is well.

I’m also happy to collect and put aside your mail, water your house plants (and garden if it's a dry period) as well as open/close blinds/curtains while you are away.

I'm happy to give your cat any tablets they require and am more than happy to give them a good brushing or play with any flicky toys if they like that.

I will really enjoy getting to know your kitty, getting to know their personality, what toys they like to play with, and ensuring they remain relaxed and stress-free while you are away.
