Flexible freelance critter sitter

Hello! I’m Meera, I am an actor living in South Manchester. My schedule is very flexible and often I have spare time- I would love to use it for looking after your pets! ☺️

I have been sitting through cat in a flat since 2023 and have absolutely loved meeting so many lovely Manchester kitties! 🐈🐈‍⬛ I have been around cats, dogs and small animals my whole life and have frequently sat pets for friends and colleagues.

I absolutely adore cats; they are beautiful, elegant creatures who can also be so funny and sweet 💗 I can't wait to rescue one when I move in with my partner. (as I currently live in a small studio!)

My mum & I have always rescued animals and love giving them a second chance at life, particularly creatures with difficult backgrounds or special needs.

At the moment my fur friends are two rescue guinea pigs- besties Miss Violet and Jemima.

I am DBS checked ✔️

As I mentioned, my schedule is flexible and I often have spare time, I’m generally always around weekends and evenings. 


I drive and can travel around Manchester (I am based in Didsbury).





My service:

• I will always come and meet you all before the sitting begins, to get to know everyone; their needs and routines.

• I will usually spend around 30-40 mins each time I visit, including feeding, litter, fussing and playing- but sometimes longer depending on the cats and whether they would like me to! ☺️ I can bring a book or work to get on with while keeping kitties company.

• I will keep you updated with photos, videos and messages and assure you that your pets are happy and looked after while you are away 🐈🐈‍⬛

• I am comfortable administering medication, and cleaning up any mess- nothing is too much for me!

• I can also do small household tasks for you during the sitting- e.g. watering plants, collecting post. Just let me know 🪴

I love playing and cuddling with cats, giving them treats, but I also respect their space and independence. I think each creature is an individual, with their own boundaries and should be respected as such 🥰
