I am a trustworthy, reliable and kindhearted lady with a love for all animals. I have loved them, especially cats, all my life and it is my dream to look after them for a living.

I have always had cats - and currently have 2. They are 9 year old all black domestic shorthair brothers, Billy and Kenny. They are indoor cats, so I understand the importance of making sure doors are closed properly etc.

I will:

  • Provide plenty of fuss, strokes and chin scratches (if your cat is in to that)

  • Scoop poop and empty and top up litter trays

  • Feed your cats the amount of food you advise me to

  • Only give them treats if you ask me to

  • Play with your cats to keep them entertained

  • Send you daily photos and updates for peace of mind

  • Sort your mail for when you return, water your plants (indoor and outdoor), put your bins out ready for bin day etc.

  • Feed birds, fish, hamsters, mice, rats and rabbits

I will not:

  • Pester your cat or get too close if they aren’t very social - I understand I am in THEIR home/safe place

  • Go against anything you ask

  • Be late; I am both punctual and reliable

    Sophie is lovely. She updates us on every visit. She's very patient considering our cat is so nervous and not very friendly. It's assuring to know our pet and home are in very good hands. I highly recommend her.

    I was wary of meeting a complete stranger for the first time despite the faceless photo, but those worries soon melted away during a pre interview and my cat Amber took a liking to this cat sitter straight away as she can be cautious of strangers. Fantastic service from start to finish, was kept updated everyday. One happy owner and cat. 😻

    This was the first time Sophie had looked after Lizzie for us. She was friendly and polite and Lizzie warmed to her almost straight away. Lizzie was her usual self when we got home, and seemed very content. Sophie was also kind enough to put our dustbin out for us.

    Sophie is absolutely fantastic. She's such a genuine person and she made us feel so comfortable having her in our home looking after our babies. She checked in each time she saw them, sent photos and spent time playing with them, which can be hard when one of them is a wimp and hides at any opportunity 😂 Could not recommend her more, will be back!

    Sophie was very professional and attentive with my cats. Both are nervous cats but she was very patient with them , and they felt comfortable with her only after to one day. Sophie kept us up to date with photos and left us notes and the lights on in ten house whilst we were away. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
