Jackie was amazing - my cat Gus loved her and she was great at sending updates!

It was the first time I was leaving my cat alone for for days with the cat sitter, so I was a bit anxious. Jackie came to meet us before and collected the keys. She texted me and sent pictures of James when I was away. I came home to a happy cat. No issues

Jackie send pictures and updates, came home to a clean litter box, fresh food and water and a happy cat. She even got Cleo playing with a toy she hasn’t used in ages. Will be using next time :)

Jackie met peanut before my trip, she seemed friendly and reliable. While I was away, communication wasn't great, with no photos/ videos or much update, only a message that she had been. I wasnt reassured that peanut was given the time she needed, so a friend went to spend time with her. I personally would expect more, as an owner and sitter.

We came back to a happy and relaxed cat. Jackie came around to meet our cat Flash before we went away and whilst we were away sent pictures and updates. She stayed longer on some visits to make sure he had a play and was happy and content before she left him for the night. We will use Jackie again :)

Jackie looked after Talulah for the second time so Talulah was already very comfortable and so were we knowing Talulah would have lots of attention and play time. Jackie sent lovely photos of their time together. Talulah is very relaxed and clearly enjoyed herself.

Jackie was fantastic at keeping in touch and sending me pictures to let me know all was well.

I came home to a very happy cat and would definitely recommend Jackie to others!

This was the second time Jackie has looked after my three cats. I have been equally impressed both times, receiving great reliable and friendly service. I received great communication too with update messages and pictures. My cats were very relaxed and chilled when we returned! I will definitely use Jackie again, highly recommend!

Jackie was very responsive to my enquiry from the outset. I was worried about leaving our very lively 2 year old in our house getting lonely and Jackie suggested she stayed with her at her home which is nearby. As a result Talulah was very comfortable and happy throughout. She had a new safe place to explore and a loving person to play with and we had complete peace of mind. Jackie sent lovely photos while we were away and returned a very happy cat back to us. I would strongly recommend Jackie as a cat sitter and feel very lucky to have found her through the platform.
