It's easy to see that Joana absolutely adores cats and Nina, my cat, immediately gravitated towards her when she came to visit. Joana is very accommodating to any slight changes in plan, and what's even better - she takes the most amazing photos and can make any alley cat look like a supermodel. Certainly would book Joana again.

Joana was so gentle and kind to Riley as soon as they met, and he seemed to love her straight away. I felt relaxed and reassured that Riley was taken care of during my weekend away with constant updates and photos and felt like I could trust Joana. She took some amazing photos of him too which was lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joana again.

I am so happy to have found Joana. She was always very punctual, communicated very well, and was very knowledgeable about cats and sent me gorgeous pictures of Nala when I was away. She is a genuinely warm, responsible, and kind person and I knew my cat, Nala, would be in safe hands. Nala took to her straight away and was cared for very well. She was flexible and accommodating when arranging for pick-up and collection of keys. Highly recommended. I will definitely be using her again.

Joana was awesome! Our cats loved her and she took time to play with them each day. She was very nice and very responsive. We’ve had issues with other cat sitters arranging key drop off times, but she was perfectly on time and flexible. We loved getting so many pictures every day of two happy cats! We’ll definitely have Joana as our first choice in the future.
