Cat lover based in Rochester at your service!

I'm a writer based in Rochester and I work from home, and I am ready at short notice to come and look after your fur babies.

I've been a cat mum for the past 5 years to Tybalt and Ziggy, two sweet cats who my world revolves(d) around. Tybalt is no longer with us, but Ziggy brings joy to my life every day, keeping me company while I work on my laptop and give him lots of attention in between meetings and writing.

Tybalt was a rather boisterous boy and was in a couple of scrapes while he was alive, so I've got experience of administering eg antibiotics and making sure he doesn't leave the flat if he's wearing a cone or otherwise confined to staying indoors.

Ziggy, my current cat, is deaf and has high support needs. He is an indoor cat due to his disability so I am very well-versed in keeping curious cats indoors and giving them lots of attention to keep them stimulated and happy.

I've undertaken long-term cat sitting in London for my boss at work, for up to 5 weeks, and I love getting to know cats over these longer periods. I'm also quite intuitive as to whether they want attention or would rather be left alone, so I can judge whether I should give them space or cuddles.

I'm happy to come and feed your cat and clean their litter tray on a daily or twice daily basis, and am also very eager to do overnights and spend more time with your cat to make sure they feel looked after and aren't lonely.
