Part time cat sitter, full time cat lover 😻

My name is Emily, 27, I work as a journalist but I absolutely adore cats and miss my family cat Lola after moving away from home.

I do often return for several weeks a year to catsit our family cat Lola who lives with my parents in my hometown in the Midlands. We have had cats since I was young, mainly tuxedo cats! My first was called Holly, shortly joined by Sooty and then Joli who sadly left us during the pandemic. My parents then adopted Lola, the sweetest bird chaser ever! I have an affinity for cats and tend to spend lots of my time walking in London making friends with the local felines I see on the way 🐾 I do miss having a cat in the house so I thought I'd spare some time to catsit.

I often catsit for my parents in Wolverhampton, where I am from, their neighbours and my friends in London.

More generally, my hobbies include running, reading and going to the cinema, along with the old classic - spending time with friends.

Apologies if my profile appears bare, I am new here so building it up! But I can provide references upon request, or happy to meet in person beforehand as I know looking after furry friends you want to make sure they're in the right hands 💗

I'm happy to spend time looking after your cat while you're away, but more than that making sure they're happy and getting all the attention and essentials they need! I'm more than happy to give them their fuss, treats and play time! I play with my parents cat a lot and have changed her litter and fed her whilst looking after her, among other things.

I am all too aware that cat sitting is a big responsibility, and so I am happy to follow any specific instructions you have or meet in person so that you know who is behind the screen!
