Sitting for the kitties!

Hello, my name is Astra and I work in marketing and live in Manchester city centre. I have been cat sitting for many years for my friends and for people I haven't met previously so have experience with many types of cat, including kittens.

I've always loved cats and been surrounded by animals growing up. As a child we had four cats, one names after Pingu the penguin (I was a toddler when we named her), an obligatory Garfield, snowy and cookie - who is still going strong 15 years later.

I've also had experience dealing with a very ill and old cat who I used to look after for my neighbour, who herself was quite frail, so am experienced in giving medicines and keeping them calm throughout.

The only thing stopping me from getting my own cat is my landlord and so I'd absolutely love to spend some time with your kitties :)

I'm happy to travel a reasonable distance for cat sitting, so long as it can be reached easily by public transport and an happy to do pop ins with a quick feed and a few cuddles, or do overnight stays and make sure they get all the stimulation they need!

Whether the cat needs a lot of love and play or would rather be left to their own devices, I'm happy either way!
