Hi, My name is Laura. I live in Ellesmere Port with my husband Mike, two children Jake and Poppy. I have pets of my own, Roman the cat who is 4 years old , Nero the kitten who is 6 months old, Chester the Chocolate Labrador who is 5 years old and chicken Mamma to my 4 hens Florence, Hey Hey, Mavis and Dorothy. I own my own retail shop and online business so being self employed means I can be flexible when caring for your cat(s) and work around their routine. Roman I have had since he was a kitten. Row has grown into a beautiful, affectionate, kind boy with an excellent hunting record that has earned him the title of 'Chief Mouse Catcher' in our street. Row gets on very well with Nero and is teaching him the life skills during his apprenticeship, he also bosses Chester around confirming his position as Top Cat. But his favourite thing to do is curl up on my bed every night for cuddles and a belly rub. Before Roman and Nero I had a gorgeous tom cat called Felix. He was a rescue cat that I had from when he was around 3 years old until he unfortunately died age 14. In addition to owning my own cats, I have fostered rescue cats who have then gone onto loving homes. I regularly look after my parents cat when they are away who is a large Maine Coon and requires brushing and a specialised diet and friends cats. I have always loved cats and I would defiantly have more myself If my husband would cave in! But I am equally as happy looking after and cuddling everyone else cats, listening to the purr and talking to them.
