Holly was great with our 14 year old cat who is usually very wary of people. She took the time to befriend him and he really liked her which is unusual for him. She was easy to communicate with and always replied promptly. We loved her little updates on every visit including photos and videos so we could see how happy Colin was. Thank you Holly!
