Rebecca was fantastic again and we always come back to a very happy Ralph. We had some issues with our electrics whilst we were away and Rebecca kindly coordinated keys and communication with the electrician which was above and beyond and very much appreciated.

We always ask Rebecca to look after Ralph when we go away. She’s great, and gives him lots of love and sends photos/videos every visit which puts my mind at rest leaving him.
