Miss. Kitty Kat Kompany
When your cat won't even know you are not there.
My name is Mikayla and I have worked in Family Law for nearly 20 years, which as you can imagine can get pretty chaotic and challenging at times ~ whilst being incredibly rewarding at the same time.
I can't wait to get home to my cats for a soothing, no questions asked cuddle and unconditional love.
The best therapeutic medicine after a hard day in the office.
I grew up on a farm in the Rhondda Valleys, South Wales and animals big and small have always played an integral part of my life.
I know no other way in life and wouldn't want to.
I am a Lead Volunteer at Walthamstow Wetlands, and also volunteer for London Wildlife and the Swan Sanctuary, and have done for many years.
I am currently owned by 2 cats Rayzen {15} & Krystal {12}, 2 very talkative and intelligent African Greys {Sapphire {19} and Ruby {12}, and take in lost parrots and rehabilitate and release wild birds and mammals.
I've fostered and adopted strays {thorough checks that they are not looking for their owners ~ including scanning for a chip, checks with local Vets and leaflets circulated in the area}, over the years and hand reared orphaned kittens and then vetted suitable homes for them ~ Hard to say goodbye but, I have to share the love..
I cannot recall a time that my home has been devoid of animals, its second nature to me.
I wouldn't have it any other way.
Never a dull moment in my home.
Each cat is assessed on their own merits, needs, behaviours, likes and dislikes.
Some cats prefer to sit on a person lap, have all the scritches and cuddles in the world, or, simply, just like you to be around.
I will adhere to their every wish.
Your cat~baby is the Master and I'm simply there to please.
Youthful, teenager “Cool cats”, the older, more refined subdued cats and the boisterous “Exploring the world” younger cats are all my specialties and favourites.
I love them all the same❤️
I’ve hand reared many kittens over the years, for many different reasons.
I am more than willing and able to undertake extras, such as tend to fish, reptiles, Spiders, rabbits, ferrets, mice, rats, gerbils etc
No animal is too big or small, slimy, scaly or feathered.
Do you love plants as much as me?
No problem, I'll water and talk to them too.
Fresh water, feeding and the changing of litter trays, no problem at all.
I keep a log of visits, which I am happy to share whilst you're away or, upon your return.
I'll provide regular updates, texts, WhatsApp, videos and facetime updates, if requested.
I couldn't bear to not see my kitty's for a few days, so I understand the importance.
Communication is key.
Rest assured your kitty will be in the best hands ~ or lap, whatever the case may be.
They'll be treated as if my own.
