Fur-midable Cat Care

Hi! My name is Ellen, I am 23, and I am a BSc Zoo Management graduate. I am an animal nerd and I absolutely love all species! I have previously worked as an Animal Technician at a college working with livestock, small reptiles, and small mammals. I have extensive animal care experience with domestic and exotic animals and have previously volunteered with the RSPCA and Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre, have had an internship on the rhino and African section at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, and recently had a job as a zookeeper at a zoo in Telford.

I have lived with cats since I was a baby, and have had cats continuously in my adult life. I previously fostered elderly cats for the RSPCA and was responsible for end of life and palliative care. I also currently have a sweet little tortoise shell called Bob… although Bob is a girl!

I have a huge passion for animal care and would love to extend this to you and your fur baby.

I am comfortable with kittens, adult, and senior cats. If medication is required, I can administer this too. I love to have a cuddle with fussy cats and encourage play with their toys to keep them entertained, however I also respect the space required for those who are shy or nervous.
