Cat lover available to look after your furry pals

I'm Jess, and I'm a self-employed writer, student support tutor, and animal lover. My husband and I also run a micro permaculture farm in Capel Cynon.

I have two cats - Raja and Scrappy, who we rescued from an alleyway in Detroit when we lived in America! They came with us from the USA back to Sussex, and from Sussex to Wales, so they are very well travelled. I adore cats and stop to stroke and chat with every one I meet when out and about!

I'm a kind, responsible person, who will look after your cats and home as if they were my own.

I'm sensitive to the needs and dispositions of all cats, but looking after two ex-feral cats of my own for 8 years has given me a lot of experience with skittish and shy cats.

Having two cats of my own, I know how stressful it can be leaving them for long periods of time, so I always make sure I spend lots of time with your cat and that they feel happy and content before I leave. I can also send photo/text updates via email or whatsapp if required.

I love to shower cats with affection (if they're up for it of course!) and I'm happy to play with them as much as they want/need. I can also feed, water, give treats (if allowed), brush, and clean litter trays.

In addition to looking after your cats, I'm also able to collect mail, water plants, and keep an eye on things at your house while you're away.

I can either post your key back through the front door or keep it until you get back and hand it over in person.
