Natalie was great. We met before hand to do a key handover and to meet in person. She was flexible with the time she could drop by. We received daily video updates promptly sent during each visit, through which Noam could be seen well taken care of. The instructions provided regarding Noam's care were well followed. As our cat is a bit shy with new people, Natalie respected her and learned how to please her. After a few days, it felt natural for both of them to be around each other. It was our first time using a cat sitter for taking care of our fur babies. It was the best decision ever because this allowed them to stay in a familiar environment without the stress of going to a cattery. Natalie took good care of them while we were away for 10 days. She visited them twice a day and would send us videos and updates every visits. This allowed us to know that they are doing well and if they were naughty and having a crazy cat party while we were away. I would definitely use her again the next time we go on holiday.
