Giovanna was wonderful! She was very communicative before, during, and after my booking, asking questions that would ensure my cat's comfort. She was attentive to my cat's needs, sent regular updates, pictures and videos, and generally went beyond my expectations as a cat sitter. Highly recommend!

Giovanna was wonderful. She really took the time to understand what I needed and to make friends with my kittens. Excellent communication. A real cat lover. I was relieved that my kittens were being well looked after while I was away.

Giovanna came through at short notice to help with our cat (who she had fed before) and our new kitten.
