Great service - constant pictures/updates, stayed one night out of 2, played with the cats a lot, cats responded well and had no issues. Only things we would ask to change is staying both nights (as per booking), and sticking to feeding times. However would book again in future as happy overall

Roxanne was great, as always. The cats had been off their food a little bit recently and Roxanne sent us updates on what they'd eaten as well as regular photos, which was very reassuring while we were away. She always makes time to play with them and give them some comfort while we are out of the house.

She sends us regular photos of him so we know he's doing really well, and we always come back to a clean and tidy flat (and more importantly a happy kitty!). Roxanne looked after our two cats for a week in September ‘21. Roxanne is very personable, her communication is excellent and it is clear how much she loves cats and enjoys their company. Roxanne spent time with them both and played with them every day, always sending us photos and even clearing some “presents” they brought back for us, which was really helpful as we were away for a week. We would definitely recommend Roxanne if you need a sitter who will look after your pets just as you would.

Roxanne was a reassuring, trustworthy and 5* highly skilled cat companion for my two young cats over 6 days of holiday. As a first time user of this service it was fantastic to know that they were in the hands of someone who is so genuinely tuned into animals and passionate about their care. After 6 days of a daily visit by Roxanne which included x1 feed and regular top ups of the autofeeder (with regular updates sent to me) I found them upbeat, soft, happy and ready to play on return!

Roxanne was great and reliable. She communicated with us well, sent pictures of Misty while we were away and we came back to a happy cat.
