A lovely, friendly, professional lady who genuinely loves cats. I will certainly book Charlie again and recommend her to anybody.

Charlie was once again a great sitter for our little Sawyer! She spent lots of time with him during visits, allowing him the chance to explore outside at his leisure, and was also flexible and very responsive. Sawyer used to hate when we went away but now he's totally fine as he knows he's in good hands with Charlie.

We loved having Charlie take care of our cat, Lumos. She was really caring and even took on a last minute request when we we're feeling anxious about leaving Lumos for the first time! Will certainly use her in the future. Many thanks Charlie!

Charlie is a great cat sitter! She was quick and easy to organise things with initially and very communicative while looking after our little Sawyer. The pictures and videos she sent over were much appreciated and helped put our minds at ease. Would highly recommend her as a sitter and we'll definitely use her again.

Charlie did another great job of looking after our cats. She also very kindly watered our indoor and outdoor plants, which was very welcome given the heat at the moment. Our cats are pretty shy but we came home to two very relaxed little boys. We also received photos and updates throughout the week which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Charlie!

As new cat parents, it was our first time leaving our 10 month kitten and 2 yr old cat for a week!

We were already impressed by Charlie’s profile and we could not be happier using Cat in the Flat and finding her. Introductions before our holiday went so smoothly and communication was clear throughout.

Charlotte did an amazing job at looking after Luna, and was great at sending regular pics and updates of Luna so I knew she was in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time using this app. I believe I was lucky to get Charlotte as she was great. She readily agreed to meet me beforehand & collect the keys/do a handover routine & briefly saw my rescue cat Miso who had secreted herself away.

I came back to a contented chilled little chubster. She sent regular updates & sent a lovely clip of Miso happily interacting with her.

Charlotte has a lovely sweet & gentle way & I can’t imagine any cat not succumbing to her charms. I felt very confident to leave Miso in her care plus she has 2 cats of her own which I believe gives her a great insight into their behaviour. I’ll definitely be using Charlotte again & would highly recommend her services to any one else.

Charlie did a great job catsitting for me. Kevin isn’t the world’s easiest cat at times and I came home to a chilled, relaxed cat - way better than leaving him in a cattery!

Charlie is a very caring animal loving person. She has looked our after our cat many times and has a natural bond with her. Charlie has lots of patience and will play with your cat. She is used to cleaning out litter trays, feeding and providing some tlc when required and is also able to wrestle the odd mouse or bird from the jaws of hunters. This particularly applies to my cat, Hoover, who by name is apt to eat everything in sight. But Charlie has a firm hand. Any cat would certainly be a VIP with Charlie. She is also very responsible and will take care of your property when she visits.
