My name is Jo and I'm a big cat lover. I grew up with cats, and currently many of my close friends and family have cats too. I’ve been cat sitting for the last 3 years, and have learned a lot about how to interact with different cats, when to give them more time and space, and to identify a lap cat who just wants a cuddle!

I love the idea that cats can stay in their own homes and be looked after while their owners go away, to cause as little impact to their routine as possible and that owners can have peace of mind that their babies are being looked after. Every cat behaves differently and I will work hard to get to know them, understand what they need in terms of affection, touch and time.

I have my own cat and so I understand the close relationship people have with their pets and will do everything to look after your furry babies and ensure they are cared for to put your mind at rest.

I work full time, a couple of days a week in London, but available for visits in the morning and after work with a very flexible schedule. I can accommodate most schedules. I can’t do daytime (ie lunchtime) or overnight visits.

I’m happy to do feeding, litter emptying and changing and of course give cuddles and engage in playtime. Of course photo updates are a necessary service too!

I’m happy to give basic medications where needed.

Any specific needs for your cat I’m happy to cater for in addition.

Also happy to put lights on and off, pop bins out and collect post/water plants. Keeping your house safe and secure can also be a worry so happy to help with this too.
