Experienced cat sitter/fosterer!

Hi! My name is Lauren and I am 21 years old. I am currently a second year student at Chester University doing a BSc Bioveterinary Science. I aspire to be a vet in the future. I am currently in Chester for University but will be visiting home (Weston-super-Mare) during the summer and Christmas. Please message me anyway, I may be around!!! :)

I used to live in Malaysia for 5 years. I did cat rescue, fostering and rehab for cats and kittens that were ill or needed rehoming. I also rescued orphaned kittens, took care of them and hand fed them!

When I came back to the UK, I joined cats protection and gained a lot of experience with elderly cats, FIV felines and cats with chronic kidney disease and much more.

I have completed work experience in a vet practice for 2 weeks and done a lot of volunteer work back in Malaysia. Some of this volunteer work consisted of en-mass neutering of 500 cats and dogs in a day. I would contribute by preparing them for surgery (cleaning the surgical site, shaving, etc). I would also volunteer in a cat/dog shelter in Macao, China.

I am a HUGE cat person and I love any cat that exists. (literally!!!!)

I can cover any of your cats needs which can range from administering medication, cleaning ears, clipping claws, brushing them or giving them a bath (if absolutely needed or requested). This will be done with as much minimal stress as possible. I will also be giving them playtime and cuddles whilst also keeping in mind of their own little personality. Adjusting to their needs and wants of cuddles/playtime.

I will take loads of pictures and videos for you and write a detailed report of how your cat is doing and how the visit went! I can also water your plants or anything you would like me to do whilst I am there!

I am also able to stay overnight, although I am a university student so I will not be able to be around 24/7. I will need to pop out to go to my lectures, but once they are over, I will come right back to your cat!
