Ellen's Cat Caring Services

Hello there! My name is Ellen and I recently moved back to London. I work as an interpretation editor at the V&A museum. I am fascinated by art history and am a keen gallery enthusiast. However, my longest-standing love is most certainly...cats!

I have been a cat lover all my life, even my first word was ‘cat’, well 'gat', but my parents got the gist. I have grown up with cats, owned cats and have cat-sat for friends and family on numerous occasions.

I currently live with my aunt and uncle. I am responsible for their two cats when they go away on holiday. I also water their extensive indoor plant collection and would be happy to do this for you if needed.

I understand how each cat has their own unique personality and am used to reading cat behaviour. If you have a pet that needs lots of cuddles, strokes and chin scratches then I would be delighted to meet their needs. However, if you have a pet who's shy and likes their space then I understand the importance of catering to that and to not overwhelm them.

I am happy to provide:

• Feeding and watering, cleaning their bowls/eating areas
• Cleaning out and changing litter trays
• Giving medicine, tablets, flea treatments
• Grooming, including nail trimming (only if the cat is used to/comfortable with the latter)
• Playing and entertaining
• Lots of strokes, cuddles and conversation!
