As always, Ana was very helpful! And I know she does a good job of looking after Bat when we are away. Excellent communication - I had an update/ photo sent through every day of their ‘playtime’ (!) and Bat seemed very happy and healthy when we got home after Christmas.

Ana gave us a friendly, professional cat service. She kept us up to date throughout the Christmas period, which was great to know. When we came home, our little kitty seemed perfectly joyful. Ana has looked after our cat multiple times, and has always been in good communication while we've been away. Russell has always been relaxed and playful every time we've come home, and we'd recommend her for any trips.

Ana took care of my cat Heidi during my summer holidays and when I came back Heidi was super relaxed. Ana gave me updates every day, with pictures and a full report. I definitely recommend Ana, as due to her I was able to relax because Heidi was in good hands.
