About Me

The Whiskers Watcher 🐱👀

A bubbly and outgoing person. I spend the majority of my time helping others, through volunteer work and my own paid employment (specialist healthcare assistant working for an agency). I’m flexible with my work patterns and have always enjoyed and loved the company of a furry companion! A house isn’t a home unless it has plenty of fur! Own a reliable vehicle and full driving licence, willing to travel and work outside of ‘sociable’ hours and overnights.

Growing up, we always had cats! When becoming old enough, begged for my own little kitten to look after and love. Over 10 years of personal cat ownership and almost equally as much helping friends, family and neighbours look after their cat/s whilst they’re away or working. Enjoy meeting new people and their adorable, pet companions.

I’m also happy to travel and cover a larger radius of Cumbria (upon agreement) and I welcome all inquiries!

Fully insured with pet sitter liability insurance and advance pet first aid trained for peace of mind. Able to administer medication and experience with a variety of animal temperaments.

    Rebecca was absolutely amazing, we highly recommend! I was very nervous leaving our cat alone overnight for the first time, but I needn’t have worried. Rebecca was really communicative sending lovely photos and answered my messages straight away. We came home to a very happy cat!

    Rebecca was brilliant! She came over and met my cats beforehand including their slightly complicated meal and medication plan. She sent an update at the end of the day which was great. The cats were lovely and calm when we got back and the litter trays were clean. It gives lots of peace of mind to me and my boyfriend - thanks Rebecca!!! :)

    I can happily recommend Rebecca. She took excellent care of our cats Kevin and Beans and was very responsive to our texts. She even tidied up and left the house in beautiful condition. I think the cats like her better than us now! Thanks so much ❤️
