I grew up running after feral cats in Turkey — and there are many! Despite my parents’ constant objections, cats have always found their way into my life. What started as childhood fascination turned into a lifelong love and deep bond with these incredible little personalities. I’ve cared for my own cats throughout my adult life, as well as the beloved pets of friends and colleagues who trust me completely with their furry family members. I’m currently a very proud cat mum to a 5-year-old British Shorthair who rules my home (and my heart!). While I truly love all animals, I have a special connection with cats — I understand their independence, their quirks, their moods, and the subtle ways they communicate. Whether your cat is shy and needs gentle patience or energetic and curious, I adapt to them. Professionally, I work for Westminster City Council and live locally in Westminster, which means I’m reliable, community-focused, and nearby if needed. I also hold a valid DBS check, giving you extra peace of mind when welcoming me into your home. Reliability is incredibly important to me. I once had to cut a holiday short when my own cat sitter became unwell — completely out of her control, but it really highlighted for me how stressful and disruptive that situation can be. I would never want any owner to experience that worry. In the very unlikely event that I’m unwell or faced with an emergency, my husband — who is equally caring and experienced with cats — would step in, ensuring your cat is never left without care, attention, or continuity. I’m not just here to “look after” your cat — I’m here to cherish and spoil them. From enriched play sessions and interactive toys to cosy companionship and attentive care, I’ll make sure your cat isn’t just safe, but genuinely happy and stimulated while you’re away. I offer flexible care to suit your needs — whether that’s drop-in visits, longer stays, or overnight house sitting. During visits, I cover all the essentials with care and attention: fresh food and water, litter box cleaning, home checks, and of course plenty of quality playtime and affection. I’ve always been diligent with my own cats’ healthcare, keeping up with flea and worm treatments and general wellbeing, so I’m very comfortable administering medication if needed. I can also help with brushing, grooming, and even nail trimming — if your little one allows it! Most importantly, I focus on making your cat feel secure, enriched, and loved while you’re away. Whether that’s interactive play, calm companionship, sticking to their routine, or simply giving them space when they need it — I’ll do anything that helps your little one miss you just a little bit less.
