Fran is an absolutely wonderful cat sitter! Our boy Pickle is rather shy and nervous but Fran managed to make friends with him. Fran sent us lots of updates whilst she was away and looked after him perfectly. We will definitely book again!

Fran was absolutely amazing, she is very professional and caring towards our 2 cats. She played with them and sent us photos and videos everyday when we’re away. We found happy and relaxed cats when we were back home. Would highly recommend Fran and will be booking her again in the future.

She goes above and beyond when looking after our cat, Samson, bringing him toys, treats and lots of cuddles and in return he loves spending time with her. We had never left them before but having gone out of her way to meet us and the fur babies twice before we left them in Fran's capable hands we were so much more at ease. Fran is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough - not to mention armed with Dreamies! Loved the correspondence and photos throughout and the cats loved their new playmate. As always, Fran looked after Lulu even better than we do! She was conscious of covid so had all the appropriate items (e.g. face mask) and kept my plants alive too! Lulu loves Fran always comes running when she hears her. Fran also mastered the new house alarm quickly too.

Fran is just the most kindest, professional and considerate person. Our cats absolutely adore Fran and whenever we come home they are relaxed and we can tell how well looked after they have been. We had an emergency while we were away and Fran was so accommodating and put our mind at ease that our cats were being looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Fran as a cat sitter. We get full updates on Buzz every time she visits. She picks up and drops of the key and Buzz loves it when she comes to look after him. We are lucky to have found her!

This is the first time we’ve used Fran and we have been so impressed! Our cat Nala was so happy on our return and we can see she had been very well looked after. We were nervous about leaving Nala but Fran made us so comfortable and receiving twice daily updates was brilliant! Nala is happy and so are we - thanks Fran!

As always, Fran is very reliable and was able to help us out very last minute when my aunt was unwell. It was amazing to know we could call on her when we needed to be with my family. I now don't know what we would do without her.

Yet again Fran went above and beyond to look after our cats. She squeezed them in to her already completely booked schedule and we were so so grateful. This was our longest and furthest trip away from Lulu, but we were so at ease knowing Fran was there to look after her.

She even made her a treat box which was a lovely idea and we are now using it too.

Fran is such a trustworthy person. She made two appointments to come and meet our kittens before we went away so that they were comfortable around her. Fran looked after our kittens so well whilst we were away, she kept us updated twice a day with pictures and a summary of what they’d been up to. Fran followed all our instructions and made helpful suggestions about cat care. Fran is particularly thorough and spent time making sure she understood exactly what we wanted. What can I say about Fran other than superb service. Met Fran before going away to discuss details and she was very professional. Gave picture updates every time she visited and I came home to a happy and well looked after cat. I really can't praise her enough. She even did my washing up !!!! (so embarrassed) Will definitely be using Fran again. Recommend totally.

This is our second time having Fran over to look after Smoothie while we were away. Fran is still as great as the first time. She still came over to go through everything, making sure she knows if anything different to the first time. Knowing Fran could come and help we were really happy.

Fran was a really wonderful cat sitter and would highly recommend her. As this was the first time we had used Fran she came round to meet us and the cat to get the lowdown on his routine etc. She let Basil come to her and he was purring and rubbing around her legs instantly. She also brought all of her credentials (ID, CV, pet first aid certificate etc) for us to see. We had no qualms leaving our furry friend and home in her care. While away we received regular updates and pictures which was very nice. When we got home the cat was happy, well fed and everything was in good order and the key drop off was all fine too. We would happily recommend her to look after your cat.

Can’t put into words how amazing Fran was with our cat Nancy. Nancy can be anxious around new people, but made friends with Fran straight away! It was lovely to receive daily updates and photos so we knew Nancy was happy and enjoying her time with Fran. We would book Fran again without hesitation, nothing was too much trouble for Fran, she went above and beyond to make sure Nancy was happy.

I was very anxious about leaving Charlie whilst I went on holiday. However, Fran came to visit Charlie twice before I left and I knew then that Charlie would be in safe hands. Fran gave me updates on a daily basis with photos & videos of Charlie who looked very happy which of course allowed me to relax and enjoy my holiday. Fran is absolutely 10 out of 10. She is very careful and caring, before we left to holiday, she came to do the handover with us, making sure everything is clear; While we were on holiday, she sent update every visit. She not only kept Smoothie company and happy during this time, but also made us feel rest assured, and not worried at all, knowing that our cat is in good hands. Fran was great with our cat skye, fed watered and played with her twice a day, highly recommended

What more can I say other than Fran is fantastic! She looked after our cat Skye while we went on holiday, coming to our house twice a day. Skye is a rescue cat and does not like to be touched too much, but Fran gave her her space and allowed Skye to approach her when she wanted. She played with her with toys, treats, even brushed her! Not only did she look after the cat but it was extra security for our house, with a car on the drive for a couple of hours a day, opening/closing curtains, bringing in the post. Highly recommend Fran!
