Laura was amazing with our cats! She also helped us out immensly when road works were being done outside our house and construction workers had to shut off the heat, she organised times to meet with them to let them into the house and made sure the heat stayed on throughout our time away. She was truly a lifesaver making sure our cats stayed warm
