Cat sitter in Walton on Thames

Wonderful service again from Nicola to our cats whilst away. She always spends some time with them rather than just feed and leave, and has them on her lap or a bit of grooming. They are evidently so much happier to be at home and with someone they now know quite well visiting (we have used Nicola 7-8 times). Can’t recommend highly enough.

We were worried how Cookie will cope during the heatwave while we were away but Nicky did a wonderful job! She did everything to keep Cookie cool and happy. As always, communication was prompt and updates were sent daily. It is such a relief to return home to a happy cat!

The hardest thing about going away is leaving our cats but Nicola takes such brilliant care of our boys - they are so calm and chilled when we arrive back and we love receiving a photo update with each visit. Going away is definitely a lot easier knowing that Nicola looks after our boys so well.

Fantastic as always! Cats had a lovely time getting lots of fuss and attention while we were away 🙂 both happy and relaxed when we got home.

Nicola was absolutely phenomenal with Effie, making her feel very comfortable and safe. Effie is very shy, so Nicola took great care to approach her gradually and spend a lot of time with her, with Effie eventually opening up to play, relax, and let her guard down. It’s always hard to leave pets at home while travelling, but Nicola made it easier!

Brilliant as always. We had regular updates of the kitties enjoying lots of cuddles and playtime. Home to two happy and relaxed cats.

Once again Nicola took amazing care of our cats, we couldn’t be happier.

It is so reassuring to have Nicola look after our two cats when we go away. Nicola is so thorough with understanding our boys needs and likes and really takes great care of them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Nicky was great. She took lots of notes during the f2f visit, which is super reassuring. While looking after our kitties she was always on time and sent us regular pics. Our kitties have very different personalities so coming back to two relaxed kitties is great.

Would definitely hire Nicky agin!

I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough She was fantastic with communication from start to finish but more than that it is obvious that she cares highly about those in her care which was lovely for us. Our lovely boy was very happy in her care and we will be using Nicola again in the future

She has looked after Loki many times but this time our boy got a bit sick and she went the extra mile, bringing him to vet, giving him medicines and keeping us constantly updated. Nicola looked after our two cats for two weeks. She visited twice a day and sent lovely photos of the cats playing with her. They are nervous kitties but warmed to her and I felt reassured that she was there to look after them for such a long time. I’m so pleased to have found Nicola to look after our two cats. She came over before we went away to talk about the cats, what they liked and disliked and how I wanted them to be looked after. She was friendly and obviously a cat lover. While we were away, Nicola sent us updates and photos and I felt very comfortable knowing she was going in to see them and play with them twice a day. She’ll be looking after the cats again in the summer holidays.

I've never used a cat sitter service before and I didn't know how my cats will react (especially one of them who is shy and scared of strangers). Nicola's friendly attitude and relaxed approach made them very happy cats and and me and my husband could enjoy our holidays without worrying for their well being.

I absolutely recommend Nicola. During introductions, our Dizzy immediately took to her which was surprising as Dizzy is usually quite shy. Nicola sent updates which were always very reassuring while we were away and our cat seemed very happy on our return. Thank you for being brilliant Nicola. You're a (five) star.

Exceptional in an emergency

Nicola is a treasure, she not only took on Hester’s insulin injections competently and kindly resulting in a very chilled out cat, but also kept our chickens safe while we were away
