Reliable and love cats!

Hello!

I live in a leafy part of London and love animals, nature, arts and travelling to discover new places. I've had different types of pets and houseplants all my life and grew up surrounded by animals in Brazil - several cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, geese, horses, sheep, rabbits, a donkey...

My last pet was a dog, whom I unexpectedly rescued and had for 13 years while we moved around quite a bit. She passed away aged 18 a couple of years ago, and I miss having a pet very much but am not ready for another one yet. My houseplant collection is growing in the meantime, and my next pet will be a cat!!

I am new here but have been pet-sitting on other platforms for the past year.

I would love to help other people with their beloved cats, homes and plants while they go away. I started my life in the UK in 2006 as a housekeeper, so I am really careful and tidy with spaces and will also look after your home as my own.

I work for Hackney Council managing community grants to help residents and charities make their buildings more energy efficient.

I do some other freelance work, mostly remotely, supporting schools with governance management. I am also a school governor and have volunteered in/ developed community projects for the last decade. I have a recent DBS certificate I am happy to share a copy of.

I will be really happy to feed, play and give love to your cat(s) in your absence. I know how hard it is for both pets and their humans when they need to be apart.

My preference is for overnight stays but I may only be available or you may only need help with drop-ins for food & play, and that is ok for me if ok for you.

My late dog needed a lot of medication and I have also administered medicine to our cats when I was younger, and my brother's cats when I visit them.
