I'm affectionately known as Dr Doolittle - rescuer of wildlife, adopter of senior and additional needs pets and lover of all creatures ❤️ I have worked with animals professionally for over 14 years in emergency and specialist hospitals as well as pet sitting and dog walking. I am lucky to share my home with Minnie, my 18.5 year old super senior rescue cat and Buttons, my 5 year old additional needs guinea pig. We also have piggy friend Star, and there's currently an old stray tom living in my spare room as rescues are full 🐾 There's always a baby needing help and they always find me ❤️

Through my life's professional work, volunteering as a transporter for Hessilhead Wildlife Rescue, as a microchip scanner for lost or sadly deceased pets and caring for my own pets that are elderly or have medical issues, I am very experienced and comfortable caring for pets with medical problems or additional care needs.

Since animals are and always have been my life, I don't do much more that doesn't involve them! I'm a quiet but friendly mature adult with a genuine love for all animals 🐾❤️

I provide pet sitting visits, within your own home, whilst you are away. I offer once or twice daily visits depending on your pets requirements. I also offer varying lengths of visits due to every pet being different ❤️ please enquire about pricing if your pet requires extra time for their visits. Through my life's experience with unwell animals, I am very comfortable with dosing, preparing and administering medications. This includes oral medications, topical treatments and subcutaneous injection (this is subject to an additional fee, as above please enquire about pricing). I provide a consultation prior to your first visit of first booking to discuss your pets needs and wether I am the right sitter for you and your beloved pets ❤️ I am fully insured and Disclosure Scotland checked.
