So happy with how Charlotte looked after our Cat Lolo, she’s a nervous cat but was so relaxed and happy when we returned from holiday. I was a little extra anxious about going away, this time, as one of my cats was recovering from a dental operation and was a little under the weather, but Charlotte was absolutely brilliant! Her regular updates reassured me and, when I got back, my kitty was looking a lot better

Charlotte has been looking after our cat Dave for years, now, and she has always been fab with him, and very patient with me, his very anxious owner. So, of course, now that we have a new addition to the feline family, and we were due to go away for a few days, AND it was the first time the two kitties together alone, I was hoping Charlotte would be available to look after them, as I knew they would be in very good hands. Fortunately she was available and I was able to enjoy the holiday and the lovely updates, knowing Dave and Juno were well looked after

Second time we’ve had Charlotte looking after Clyde and once again came home to a very content and relaxed boy 😊 Charlotte made her evening visits around the time fireworks would be going off (bonfire weekend) and kept him company/distracted him which was very much appreciated!

Charlotte was amazing with Clyde! Her care and attention before and during our holiday was absolutely brilliant. We received twice daily update messages with photos and videos of our boy very clearly enjoying himself! And we returned to a very chilled, happy fur baby :-) Charlotte also let us know about a leaky radiator that she spotted and made sure everything was OK for us which we very much appreciated. We won’t hesitate to use Charlotte again next time we need a cat sitter!

Charlotte's care and attention to our Rosie was second to none. She kept us up to date every day with messages and photos keeping us worry free and able to enjoy our honeymoon. Will definitely be using Charlotte again!

Charlotte was absolutely amazing with our cats! Charlotte is just amazing with our three fur babies. She always spends time with them, playing, fussing and making sure they are happy and cared for. She is amazing at keeping you updated and even send amazing pics of your kitties everyday with little notes and updates. Charlotte is attentive to the kitties needs and I couldn't recommend her more, so happy we found her

We use Charlotte every time we go away as we couldn’t feel more comfortable with her and she is perfect with our little Polly. Polly also would agree if she could write a review!

Charlotte is my first choice, when I go on holiday. She is very reliable and she always takes time to get to know her feline (and human) customers. She sends regular updates, with really lovely photos. I was able to go on holiday without the usual anxiety, because my cat Dave would be in good hands.

Charlotte is a fantastic cat sitter!! Before we went away, she came over to meet us and brought a note book - she asked lots of questions about our cat Lily, her usual routine, as well as food, favourite toys etc. She is very efficient and friendly. Not only did she stay to play and feed Lily each time, she also sent pictures and a general update message from every visit, letting us know how she was. It was such a relief to know Lily was being so well cared for and in such good hands ...Not only did Charlotte look after Lily brilliantly, she also let us know about a leak in the roof, and put a glass out to catch the drips, which was so thoughtful and we are very grateful for her vigilance. Lily was her usual relaxed and happy self when we arrived home. I'll recommend Charlotte to everyone! Thank you Charlotte!

Charlotte was an amazing cat sitter! She asked lots of questions and took notes of our cats' routines prior to our time away. Whilst we were away Charlotte kept us updated at every visit with pictures and letting us know how the cats were getting on. The cats looked happy and well looked after upon our return and we have not hesitated in booking again and would recommend Charlotte to anyone!

I was really impressed with Charlotte from the very start: she asked a lot of questions about our cat's routine, and it was clear that she had previous experience with very shy cats (and very panicky humans!). Whilst we were away she kept us updated after every visit (sending some lovely pictures!) and she spent time with our cat, so that he could have a play, attention and a walk around in the garden. On our return our kitty looked very happy and well looked after :).

Charlotte was a perfect cat sitter, she kept us updated with lovely pictures of our little Polly. She even cleared up after Polly had been sick. Great communication and given that Polly is quite a shy cat, Charlotte managed to get Polly to trust her. We will definitely be using her cat sitting service again and recommend her to anyone else.
