Passionate, loving cat sitter in Edinburgh

Hi, I am Samidha. I completed my master of research biomedical science from the University of Edinburgh this year and now an intern in the same lab I used to work in my degree. I am looking forward to doing a PhD this year and so planning to live in Edinburgh for next 4 years at least. I love animals since I was a child, I think they provide the most perfect company and unconditional love. I have looked after more than 5 cats in last 12 years as my pets. I find it quite interesting to talk to them. It's like convincing a baby to eat. As a student abroad, I found it very lonely to settle down here. I miss my cat Tingu terribly. But I think spending time with cats is all the therapy I need. And I will be extreamly happy if someone's little furry baby is looked after because of my little help.

As most of us, I love cuddling with cats above all. But having them as pets growing up, I have become quite good at taking care of them in terms of feeding them, talking to them, travelling with them, reading their signs of happiness and distress. I have tended to them in medical illness, cleaned any mess and spent days and nights with them if needed. Both my parents were working so I had the responsibility to look after our pet dog and cats on multiple occasions. So I am happy to provide overall care to any purrito.
