Caring and experienced cat sitter!

Hi I’m Caitlin,

I am a receptionist at a hair salon in Newcastle. I have 2 indoor cats, 1 girl called Aiko and her brother Joji! 🐈🐈‍⬛

Prior to booking I always make sure to meet clients for a free consultation to make sure they are comfortable with me and to go over each of your cat's needs and preferences, where their food and litter are kept, favourite toys etc.

On a typical cat sitting day I drop by around 9am to feed the cats, clean the cat litter, play with them and refresh their water. During this time I also take plenty of photos and videos to keep you up to date on how your cat is doing, and if you live in a multi-cat household I always make sure to send photo updates of each and every cat to reassure any worries you may have!

In the evening I usually drop by around 6pm and repeat my morning routine, but can come earlier or later or again in the afternoon if you would like me to. Each visit usually lasts 30 - 40 minutes 😁

If you are coming back from abroad I usually hold on to the keys until it is confirmed that you are back in the country just in case of any flight delays meaning my services may be required for longer, however if you would prefer I can drop the keys through the letter box 😌 In regards to safety and home security, you can rest easy knowing my car does not have any cat sitting advertisements on it meaning that people will not be able to tell you are away on holiday.

Please note that I usually bring my partner with me for safety reasons however I am happy for him to wait in the car, especially when meeting rescues or particularly shy cats for the first time☺️
