Need an
awesome
cat sitter?
About Me
An avid cat lover and expert in cat-sitting!
I'm a Psychology Graduate who works in a Pharmacy (5 years). With this background, you can expect confidentiality, respect and thorough care for your home, your cat and yourself! I have an enhanced and basic DBS check (certifications are with me). I've looked after many cats in my life. With the plentiful research that I've committed to learn more about cats, I consider myself an expert. I've taught cats tricks (sit, stand, paw, twirl, come etc.). I've also conducted a few rescues for cats (where possible) in Turkiye and Saudi (most recent). I recently rescued a mum cat with two kittens. I climbed scaffolding for this and spent the whole day, she is safe with her kittens and had lots of ticks on her :( Everyone who knows me can attest to how I've loved cats (the most) my whole life... although I can also appreciate dogs too! Their little whiskers, teeth, paws- genuinely adorable.
I'm someone who needed a cat-sitter whenever I'd go abroad and would stress about whether they were ok or not. So I'd approach this the same way I'd like to be approached- through updates and pictures! Also, I'd like to clarify and communicate boundaries- what is the cat comfortable with? Favourite toy? Favourite foods, snacks, and more. When I visit, it won't be a 5-minute visit, I'll take my time to make sure the cat receives daily affection, and that everything is up to a high standard too. I'll go above and beyond for them :) I know how important it is to make sure the cat remains active too, so I'll be sure to play with them. I could even teach them tricks if they are food-motivated if you'd like. If I have enough time to... I have administered medication to my cats before too. I live in Bow, and I'm happy to visit different areas like Mile End, Hackney, Whitechapel etc. but this can be discussed, as I'm open.
