Sensitive and Communicative Cat Lady

I am retired (74 at next birthday) and have lived with or had contact with cats (with whom I seem to have a natural affinity) since childhood. My profile picture shows me with beloved Rupert (Rupie), now no longer with us... I have cat and house sat for friends and professionally and can supply excellent references. A pregnant stray kitten once presented herself, in a very distressed state, at my back door. I took her in for five days until we could find her a place at the local animal shelter (unfortunately, my lease does not permit pets). She is now in an adoring forever home where she is very pampered. In addition, I have taken two online courses with James French which deepened my communication with all animals – including cats. I am very happy to travel around the country to do overnight catsits.

I love spending quality contact and communication time with feline friends and happy to play if that is enjoyed. I miss living in the company of a cat, so enjoy opportunities to look after other people’s!

I am happy to house/cat sit around the UK, provided accessible by public transport, and also at certain locations abroad.

I do not have a car, preferring to travel by public transport these days.
