About Me

Cat sitter in South Croydon

Hi, I’m a reliable cat sitter with a full DBS clearance. I have lived with cats all my life, and currently share home with 2 playful British Shorthairs.

I’m comfortable with both shy and playful cats. Being easygoing and a calm person, most animals are also comfortable with me; this is my best reference.

I would not dream of leaving my cats in a cattery, so this is how I first found out about Cat in the Flat. My own positive experience prompted me to give back to other cat parents in the neighbourhood. I would be delighted to care for your cats and give you a peace of mind knowing they are safe and happy at home. Please do not hesitate to contact me to arrange an introductory visit.

I’m happy to spend some time chatting with your cat and playing with it, not just changing litter and putting the food out. I can also do small jobs such as watering the plants or topping up food for birds in the garden. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would find this helpful.

    Anita was a lovely sitter who loves cats! She came around to meet him in advance and asked lots of questions about his routines and preferences. While I was away, Anita sent regular photos and updates on Mephi’s behaviour, and even spend longer with Mephi since he’s not used to being left alone. We felt less anxious about leaving Mephi knowing he was in good hands 😊

    Anita was an amazing sitter. She was highly communicative, sending daily updates and photos, and was comfortable with all aspects of looking after our cats. She was comfortable asking clarifying questions about their needs, and our house. The cats took to her immediately, including our shy little girl, and easily interacted with her for attention, pets, and treats. We will certainly book Anita again!
