Vet student cat sitter

Hello! I am Obelia, a 1st year vet student at the Royal Veterinary College. I am offering cat sitting service not only to earn some extra money but also to spend some time with cats when I am not at home with my British shorthair who is 10 years old.

I am familiar with taking care of cats of all breeds from shorthair and longhair to sphynx cats, and of all ages as I have volunteered at a cattery and gained loads of experience in cat handling. I am capable of understanding their body language and behaviour so I can definitely make your cat feel relaxed when you can't be with them.

I am friendly and can make your cat feel at ease as I give excellent belly rubs, interactive playtime using toys, and just what they love the most- treats! :)

I can stay at your flat to cat sit for just daily visits but also overnight. My service includes feeding the cats, emptying and refilling their litter trays, cleaning up if they poo/wee outside the tray, brushing them if wanted, etc.

I am excellent with anxious cats as my cat himself is very timid and I have spent a lot of time socialising him and helping him get used to new people or environments. I am certain I would be able to gain your cat's trust in a short time so timid or anxious cats are not a problem for me at all! Message me if you have any questions :))
