Lyndsey Loves Cats

My name is Lyndsey and I live in Cheadle with my 16 year old Son and our gorgeous flooofy boy Milo who is 5 and a long haired Chinchilla / Persian Mix. He is the most adored cat ever. We love him. I am a total Cat obsessive, so any chance I get to fuss over, love and care for any other cats is a purrrfect way to spend my time. I have experience of looking after cats for over 20 years. I have looked after family pets and neighbours many times when they have been away and love to make sure the puddy cats are loved and content while their main hooooman is away. I work part time on a children's ward in a local NHS hospital so have an up to date DBS check.

My visits will include feeding, daily refreshing of water, filling any auto feeders, washing of pet dishes before and after eating. Litter tray emptying and refreshing. Sweeping or vacuuming any litter spillages. Emptying bins of food packages / litter etc. As a huge cat lover and experienced owner, I am also totally happy to clean up any mess from food/ fur balls / vomits/ out of litter tray accidents etc. I feel it's really important to offer companionship to the cats I look after, as that's something that is really important to me as a cat owner when I am away so I am more than happy to play and pet if they allow 😺. Happy to brush if your cat requires and allows me to. If you have a shy or nervous cat I will take extra time for them to get to know me slowly and at their pace. I will also keep the main hooman fully updated with messages, photos and videos, daily if requested or at a frequency that suits you I offer a free get to know you visit prior to the booking, just to find out exact needs and introduce myself to you and hopefully your fur baby. I also am happy to water any plants, close curtains of an evening, switch a lamp on in evenings, put wheelie bins out and back in, or any other little tasks that make your time away completely worry free. If you have a particularly needy cat and are concerned about loneliness I can offer longer visits that offer much longer play and cuddle time, subject to availability, just pop me a message to arrange.
