Augustin and Holly did a great job looking after our cat, Lucy, for a week whilst we were away on holiday. They visited twice a day and sent pictures of Lucy playing, eating etc each visit. They responded quickly to any messages and we came home to a very happy cat. Would recommend them and will book them again in the future.

Agustin has looked after Pedro many times and during the latest trip he kept Pedro, our fish and plants all fed and watered. Agustin and Holly always take the time to give Pedro some love and really check he's doing OK, which we're especially grateful for given the crazy temperatures recently. They also put our ice cream delivery in the freezer!

Holly and Agustin did a fantastic job looking after our Bernie, who seemed very happy and healthy upon our return. They went the extra mile to help ensure that Bernie was cool and hydrated during a particularly hot spell. They were also super accommodating and able to provide unexpected extra help due to a cancelled flight. A joy to work with and real cat lovers, we would absolutely recommend Holly and Agustin!

Very happy with Agustin & Holly; they were very organised, good communicators, saw to our kitten's basic needs - and clearly spent time with him every day to make sure he didn't go feral whilst we were away! Couldn't have left him without their help, so very much appreciated.

Agustin and his wife were absolutely fantastic. They looked after our cat for 6 days whilst we were out of the country. Communication was excellent (we received photos every visit), they kept to a regular schedule and really took the time to get to know our cat and her routine, and build a rapport with her as part of a pre-visit. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Agustin and Holly are amazing! This is the third time we’ve used this service and the first time with these guys. I met them the day before so they could meet Bella and Dolly and familiarise themselves with our home. They wanted to really ensure that they had nailed their routine and took extra notes even though for poor them I had printed off a big routine 🤣 At the moment my girls prefer an overnight sitter as they are a little quiet and shy being indoor cats (and I am also a mad cat Mum that worries about them!). I was quickly reassured when I met them that Bella and Dolly would be in great hands. I was sent lots of photos and updates (and this became a hit at the family party showing them photos, especially for my kids) and there was plenty of communication. This genuinely brought a huge smile to my face 😃 I am a huge worrier but felt totally at ease leaving the girls. When we arrived home today, the house was immaculate (well, our house is a bit disorganised as we are relocating! Sorry guys!) and most importantly, we came back to two very relaxed and happy cats (but the photos said it all). This service generally is a godsend for people like me and the cats and have Agustin and Holly looking after them makes me feel relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend this cat loving duo.
