Caring young professional with previous cat experience

Hello!

My name is David and I’m currently in full-time employment, working as a test engineer. I live in a flat in Hertford together with my girlfriend, and we’re both big pet lovers. In terms of pet sitting, I’m also using the platform called “Rover”, with several previous pet sitting experiences. I grew up in Norway, where in total our family had three cats (not all at the same time). The first, Shimmy, was a street cat that unfortunately ran away some time after we took it in. The second (Zic Zac) also came to us from the street, but stayed for many years until just very recently. He was such a calm cat, and loved being social with the family. With much self-respect (as all cats have!), he had his boundaries of course, but still wouldn’t mind a good scratch and a bit of playing. He lived partly with a younger female cat we took in called Coco. She was very energised and playful, and brought Zic Zac the type of entertainment an aging male cat might need :) in either case, I miss my cats, and was very pleased when I found this service. If you’re in need for someone to care for your cat, I’d be happy to help any day!

As a service, I’d be happy to come to your home and take care of your cat for however long you need, catering for whatever your cat’s preferences are. Happy cats need to be fed on time, be given lots of play opportunities, and of course be petted/scratched, all of which I’d be happy to do! I can thus offer help both for pop-in and for house sitting (overnight).
