Franki is fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Brilliant communication and she made such a huge effort with our kitty. Our girl was unwell right before we went away and she was really confident and reassuring, and kept us up-to-date on our cat's health and sent lovely vids and pictures. Lots of pics and videos whilst we were away and Frankie spent lots of time with Claudia and gave her lots of love and hugs to make sure she wasn’t too lonely while we were gone. Franki is an absolute superstar! We can’t thank her enough for looking after our wee Milly whilst we were away on holiday. Franki was a fantastic cat sitter! We were away for a week and Franki popped in every day to check on our cat Sam, feed him and have a wee play with him (when he allowed it, at least!)
