Carmel was super lovely and friendly, and won over my very shy Lily almost instantly (to my surprise!). She made me feel very secure about leaving Lily in her care. Carmel looked after my two cats this past week. Carmel was very friendly and did a great job looking after them. They were well fed, medication was given as needed, and Carmel even took care of my plants! There were some delays in communication regarding visit updates, but I came home to two cats that were happy, healthy, and well taken care of!

Highly recommended. Carmel was a real pleasure! Clear communication and we were really pleased to receive photos and updates from her whilst we were away. She was happy to administer one of our cat's medication. Very happy kitties on our return. Will definitely ask Carmel again.
