Colchester’s Cat Whisperer 🐱✨

Hi, I’m Tash, I care for learning disabled adults and am currently known by all the local cats as Colchester’s cat whisperer! I believe that cats have so much character and emotions than people realise, and can become an important part of someone’s family. If I had to go away I’d want to know that my cat was happy and comfortable in their own home surrounded by all their favourite scents and things, whilst still having quality of care! I am currently owned by a very anxious wee ball of fluff (a chinchilla Persian) and have a lot of knowledge working with cats with more specialist needs, and have seven years worth of experience looking after the fur babies of friends, family and neighbours.

Services provided: - feeding and watering - medication administration - engaging play time (with toys, treats, etc.) - cat hygiene and coat grooming - toileting and litter box scooping

I am able to: - recognise signs and symptoms of major feline infections, diseases and parasites - know the normal range of behaviours of cats - know to seek immediate veterinary assistance - accommodate very different personality types of cats - groom and ensure basic hygiene (fur coat, eyes area, etc.), use of PPE and infection control
