Hello. My name is Cassie. I’m a 43-year-old lawyer and mum of two, living with a lively household that includes a ginger cat named Tommy, a Shih Tzu called Yoda, two corn snakes—Lava and Black—and four fish (though my daughter changes their names regularly!).

My mum works in animal rescue, so I grew up in a home filled with all sorts of creatures, from buzzards and pigeons to mice. From a young age, I learned how to care for rescue animals, and I still rehabilitate and release birds in my spare time.

I first discovered this site while searching for a pet sitter myself—and ended up becoming one! I work from home in my legal career, which gives me the flexibility to pop out and care for other people’s pets. It’s something I genuinely enjoy and that fits easily into my daily routine.

My goal is to provide you with a service that lets you go away with complete peace of mind, knowing everything is well taken care of. While my main priority is looking after your animals, I’m also happy to water your plants, bring deliveries safely inside, and take out the bins on collection day.

For your pets, I’ll check on them daily to make sure they’re safe, well-fed, have fresh water, and that any mess is cleaned up. I can walk them, play with them, brush them, give them cuddles—whatever they need and enjoy. I’m also able to administer medication if required.

I’ll send you regular updates and photos (as often as you like) to help you stay connected and feel reassured while you’re away.
