Keeping Tails Happy While You’re Away!

Hi, I'm Clelia! I worked in tech for 6 years and am now on a career break which means I have plenty of time to look after your furry baby. I'm based in Walthamstow Village but can travel as needed.

I grew up with a tabby cat that passed away at 18 years old and have learned over the years how to give kitties the best care possible at all stages of life. I have also often cared for cats while babysitting, and have helped raise my parents' kitten as well and, most recently, my sister's kitten.

• I immediately know when there's something wrong with a cat: my childhood cat used to get into nasty fights and suffered from kidney disease so I know when an emergency vet has to be called in

• I'm not scared of feisty kitties: my own cat was a bit moody and I got my fair share of scratches and bites over the years, but I sincerely believe that there are no bad cats, just loads of energy that needs to be redirected! Which leads me to...

• I think playtime is essential and, honestly? I'm really good at it. I will take the time to play with your cat the right way, however chubby or lazy they might be! You'll come back home to a tired happy kitty

• I am particularly well informed regarding cat depression as well as territorial and urinary issues and related medical issues including kidney disease

• I am really interested in cat behaviour: I know how to approach even the most scaredy cats, when to give them space, if and how to pet them, and how to respect their routine (routines are very important and comforting to cats; I I will follow your cat's routine to the best of my abilities)

I'm very clean and will make sure you come back home to a tidy environment. I love taking pictures of cats I look after so you can expect regular updates from me. I'll also make sure to get any parcel you might receive while you are away. As a pet owner myself, trust and safety are extremely important to me and you can be sure I will give your fur baby all the attention and love it deserves.
