From kittens to seniors – loving care for every cat

I’ve always had cats in my life and feel a real connection with them. I grew up with cats and even owned a Bengal, so I’m very familiar with cats who can be a little more complex or lively. Over the years I’ve looked after a wide range of cats, from kittens to elderly companions who need extra patience and gentle care. Cats usually seem to love me as much as I love them, which makes looking after them such a joy.

Outside of cat sitting, I work part time in a school with autistic children and I’m preparing to study for an MA in Art Therapy. I have a fine art background and was Steiner educated, which has given me a creative and playful approach to life. I also teach yoga and am a meditation instructor at the Clapham Shambhala Buddhist Centre. These practices bring calmness, patience and attentiveness to everything I do- including caring for cats.

I’m experienced with all aspects of cat care: feeding, litter, grooming, medication, vet visits, and caring for both kittens and senior cats. I’ve also walked indoor cats on leads (if they are already trained) and can manage special diets. I’m happy to give your cat the play, cuddles or quiet company they prefer, always respecting their individual personality.

I can also help with small extras such as light gardening, tidying up, or feeding other pets like fish or tortoises (though I might draw the line at tarantulas!). Above all, I’ll make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away, and I’ll keep you updated so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
