Animal Lover with experience from the farm to home

Hi, I'm Natalie! Animals have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family that loves animals, I was lucky to share my home with a variety of pets, including a dog, cat, turtle, and hamster. Over the years, I’ve also gained experience caring for other small pets like guinea pigs, looking after my friend's guinea pig whenever they went on holiday. My experience doesn’t stop there—I’ve also had the opportunity to care for farm animals such as donkeys, chickens, turkeys, and ducks. Volunteering at Five Sisters Zoo gave me invaluable insight into animal welfare, teaching me how to meet the needs of animals from diverse backgrounds and how to approach them with care and understanding. Currently, I work as an ecologist, a role that keeps me deeply connected with nature. Although I live in Scotland now, I always look forward to visiting my family in Bulgaria and spending time with my senior golden retriever, Charlie and my house cat in my village, Benjo. Caring for then has taught me so much about the love and attention older pets need. As a cat sitter, I bring years of hands-on experience, a passion for animals, and a professional approach to ensuring every cat feels safe, loved, and well-cared for while you're away.
