Lovely, prompt and even made a bit of friends with my grumpy tortoiseshell! Great reliable process all over, would book again.

This is the 4th time that Helena has sat for Oscar and once again he received outstanding care. Helena managed Oscar’s health blip and oversaw a change to his medication. Her kindness and reassurance put my mind at rest as I was far away. Oscar was well and happy on my return thanks to Helena’s care.

Helena was a great car sitter, provided us with great updates and photos on her visits and we came home to a very happy cat!

The boys when we came home were happy and relaxed. They had been well looked after and we had good communication with Helena. Thank you

Helena is always great, she feeds Pablo and plays with him and sends us a wee photo update. Have booked her a few times now and she's very reliable and professional.

Helena has looked after my cats a few times and has always been wonderful, however on this occasion the communication wasn't great. I always feel anxious leaving my cats and not getting a daily update or having to chase for one doesn't help. No communication on the last day about the keys or the cats which was disappointing

Helena was great! This was our second time booking her and we really appreciate that she sends up pictures and updates of Pablo. We can relax while we're away knowing he's in good hands. Will be booking again.

Helena was once again very good with our two cats. Maisie has an occasional problem with one of her eyes due to a previous ulcer which has left the eye vulnerable and needs drops administered when she has a flare up. Helena sorted this out and when we got back Maisie was good as new. We can go away and know the cats are in good hands.

We always use Helena to look after Ripley, great comms and we know he is in safe hands. Highly recommend 👌

If we could give Helena more stars, we would! Helena took brilliant care of our 2 cats, & I couldn't recommend her enough. She visited twice in advance to meet the cats & let us know what she needed to look after them. Helena kept in touch the whole time, sending daily photos and messages, which was reassuring & really took the stress away for me!

I cannot thank or recommend Helena highly enough. I left her to care for my 17 year old Oscar who needs medication for a chronic condition. I was apprehensive but I arrived home to a happy and healthy cat. Helena’s regular updates were very reassuring. 5 well deserved stars. Will definitely use Helena again.

Helena has been great with our two cats. They love human contact and we have found that some cat sitters rush in, feed and rush out. Helena has spent lots of time with them, which we really appreciate. She has also given medication to our older cat. She sends daily updates with photos which is lovely. We are booking her again very soon.

Helena was reassuring and had a good rapport with Henry. We felt a bit bad that he decided he didn’t want to be home when we weren’t and just disappeared for a day, so Helena missed him on most of her visits. She was still great about popping in, prepping his food and also helpfully put a delivery inside, which had been left in our garden! 5 stars.
